Refund & Digital Delivery
Life GPS reports are delivered as digital content immediately after payment (or within a few minutes).
By purchasing, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that once the digital content is delivered, the right to withdraw may not apply where permitted by law.
Delivery
- Digital reports are delivered in-app immediately after successful payment.
- If delivery fails, contact us and we’ll fix delivery or provide access manually.
Refund policy
- If the report was delivered successfully, refunds are generally not provided for digital content, except where required by law.
- If you were charged but did not receive the report, we will either deliver it or refund the charge.
- If there is a technical error that makes the report unusable, we will attempt to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, we will refund or provide an alternative, depending on the situation.
